To kick off the season in grand style, GECA welcomes Lido Pimienta, one of Latin America's most fascinating singers. Committed to women's rights and the freedom of young Latin girls, Lido Pimienta leads a relentless battle against systemic violence against minorities. Endowed with an overwhelming voice, she shares her convictions with power and determination. Combining traditions, urban universes and futuristic rhythms, this programme will be completed by Brahms' visionary Symphony No. 2.

In partnership with the CANSEARCH Foundation, as part of Septembre en Or, a month-long campaign to raise awareness of paediatric cancer.
