Geneva Camerata's most spectacular concert series offers five exceptional evenings featuring today's greatest artists. These concerts included in the subscription present a programme as eclectic as it is prestigious, combining multidisciplinary performances with surprising encounters between classical, jazz and world music.
A decade ago, GECA created the Crazy Concerts in Geneva, a series of performances based on a novel concept: to offer unique musical experiences that fuses cultures, languages and styles that had never met before. As part of the orchestra's anniversary, GECA will present a "marathon" during which the most outstanding Crazy Concerts of the last ten years will be performed in the space of a single day.
Join the orchestra at the wonderful Théâtre du Loup in Geneva for captivating and unique multidisciplinary shows for young and old people alike. These shows, which combine the worlds of puppetry, opera, circus and theatre with different styles of music, are usually sold out... so don't delay in booking your tickets!
Dedicated to contemporary music and particularly to the most adventurous and iconic artists of the Geneva music scene, the GECA Underground series offers you, within the framework of the orchestra's anniversary, two striking evenings: the first, at the Fonderie Kugler, with the singer, songwriter and composer Danitsa, and the second, at the Chat Noir, with DJ Toots.
Would you like to discover the most prodigious secrets of the orchestra's musicians, their instruments and the pieces that make them so passionate, from Bach to Madonna? The GECA Magical Encounters offer two original shows: the first for teenagers, at 2pm at the Théâtre de Carouge and the second, for the general public, at 7pm at the Société de Lecture de Genève.
To celebrate its first decade, the Geneva Camerata will be presenting two exceptional concerts at legendary venues in Geneva.
