Your concert

GECA achieves the inconceivable: forty-five musicians perform by heart Dvořák's titanic New World Symphony while dancing alongside dance icon Marie-Claude Pietragalla, who poignantly personifies the work. In the first half of the evening, GECA will reunite with one of its closest accomplices, the unclassifiable jazz saxophonist Émile Parisien.

Programme

Jazz pieces with Émile Parisien and Ziv Ravitz

Antonín Dvořák (1841-1904)
Symphony no. 9 in E minor, "From the New World”
